RETURN  POLICY

At Arbella Style, we strive to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, we offer returns and refunds under the following terms and conditions.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only if the following conditions are met:

  • The product has not been used or worn, except for trying it on to check fit.
  • The product is in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • The return request is made within 15 days of the purchase date.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for products that have been worn beyond the initial fitting or show signs of use, damage, or alteration.

2. How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund, please email us at returns@arbellastyle.com with the following information:

  1. Your full name
  2. Your email address
  3. Your phone number
  4. Your complete mailing address
  5. Your order number
  6. A detailed description of why you would like to return the product and whether you are requesting an exchange or a refund
  7. Photos of the product, if applicable, to demonstrate its condition

If you are requesting an exchange, please include details on the product you would like in exchange (such as size or color).

Once we receive your request, our customer service team will review it and respond with instructions on how to proceed with the return.

3. Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the product is defective or an incorrect item was shipped. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for return packages lost in transit.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and only the product cost will be refunded unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

5. Exchanges

If you request an exchange, we will process the new item once we have received and inspected the returned product. You will receive an email confirmation when your exchange has been processed and shipped.

6. Changes

It is our policy to post any changes we make to our return policy on this page. If we make material changes, we will notify you by through a notice on the home page of arbellastyle.com. The date the return policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page. You are responsible for periodically visiting our Website and this return policy to check for any changes.
